It is with sincere pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Paulette Clare, real estate agent associated with Re/max at the Crossroads Mall, Unit #20,  Londonderry NH, 03053.  My association with Ms. Clare involved my contracting with her to sell two condominiums that I owned in Londonderry, both of which were in the same complex.  I resided in one residence while my mother lived in the other.  Our personal situation was itself a complex one, as my mother and I were in the process of moving back to Canada, our original home.  This involved our traveling to Canada on several occasions, as we became involved  in the purchase of our new home there.  Also, we faced all the other frustrations and problems associated with moving.  Additionally, my mother an I were dealing with a very sad and tragic family death.  I mention this to illustrate the overwhelming package of issues we presented to Ms. Clare.  This was not a routine sale!

What we experienced in our dealings with Ms. Clare was nothing short of a performance that ranked an A+ !  Even though the market analysis was a rather bleak one during those months, Ms. Clare put in outstanding effort to show and promote our properties.  In fact, my mother's condominium was sold in less than 3 months and for our asking price.  A dream situation with an approved buyer who was paying cash!  We also would compliment her on calling us and keeping us informed, as well as always returning our calls!  A courtesy we appreciated very much.

In July we moved to our new home leaving the second condo still on the market, but hopeful that it would be sold in the near future.  I am happy to say that in a few months the second sale was accomplished and I am positive this was due to Ms. Clare's hard work and determination.  During this period she called us regularly, keeping us updated and encouraged.

Knowing there were several other condos for sale in this complex, which have been for sale for a much longer time and have not sold.  I am convinced our good fortune was in working with Paulette Clare.  Although, it is unlikely I would ever need her services again,  I would recommend her to anyone.  A rare blend of high professionalism and a caring human being.

Dear Alina,

How do we begin to thank you? As you know the sale of our home in Derry was tough. It was an Antique Colonial that you either love or hate. Combine that with the crazy market we are in right now, and all the cards were stacked against us. But you brought us through it!

I never in my life have met someone so dedicated to "me" the customer. From the beginning you immediately took action with brochures, broker open houses, open houses and advertising. Not just in a Remax publication, but in any that fit my house and/or our client. When Kurt and I made suggestions you took it, you never never said no, you tried every avenue whether it was the newspaper, a real estate publication or word of mouth.

During the freezing winter you stopped by our empty house and flushed toilets, ran faucets, & just plain checked on everything. You knew from experience how hard it was on us maintaining two houses, and you helped any way you could. All the late night phone calls, any time I needed a friend, you were there.

I am sure God brought us together because he wanted us to be friends.

I truly hope anyone who meets you or crosses your path gets to feel as blessed as Kurt and I are from this experience. You are the best! We love you, our Polish friend for life!

My daughter Lynn and her husband were moving out of the area to VT. Paulette was referred to her and she did a wonderful job in selling her home in a very short time and she was very happy with Paulette.

Well when my daughter asked me to move to VT to live with her, it was a very big decision because it was the first and only home my husband and I owned and we raised our family there. I called Paulette and she was great she was there for me when ever I called her, and that was a lot.

She helped me with it every step of the way. She also called my daughter and kept her informed with everything which made my daughter feel better.

I am in VT with My Daughter, with a very nice little in-law apartment and am very happy.

Dear Alina,

We can't even begin to thank-ya for everything. If we didn't have ya I don't think we would be in our new home. It was a lot of hassle but worth it in the end. Once things are a little more in order we will have ya & your family over.

The gift certificates allowed us to buy trash buckets, and a home owners guide book on how to fix everything. Hopefully we won't have to use it very often.

Thanks for walking us through all the steps of buying a home especially when we didn't even have a clue on how to even begin the whole process.
